We all have students who learn content and skills faster than others, or students who have already mastered the essential skills or know the content before we have even launched the introductory lesson on a unit. Come to this workshop with your PLC team or teaching team to learn about differentiation strategies that you can apply to individual lessons as well as whole units. We will spend 30 minutes discussing the following: Determining when to differentiate the content, process, and/or product, classroom management tips when differentiating, and examples of differentiation at both the lesson and unit level. You will then spend 60 min with your team working on differentiating future lessons and/or units of study. The goal is to make every minute a learning minute for our high end learners.
